Introduction

By joining the InnerGlow Affiliate Program, you agree to:

Eligibility

To participate in the InnerGlow Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have an active and valid account with InnerGlow.

• Read and agree to the InnerGlow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms of Service

InnerGlow may update these Terms of Service occasionally without prior notice. By continuing in the program after changes are made, you agree to the updates. We may share specific information with a third-party partner to effectively manage and operate the program, per our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account Creation & Maintenance

• Provide accurate details, including your full legal name and a valid email address, to receive payment.

• Only individuals (not "bots" or automated methods) can register.

• You are responsible for all content and activities under your account.

• A single person or entity should not maintain multiple accounts.

• Unauthorized or illegal use of the program, including any violation of laws in your jurisdiction, is prohibited.

• Unauthorized use of InnerGlow's intellectual property is not permitted. However, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable royalty-free license to use our branding materials for promoting InnerGlow in a legal and positive manner.

Content Best Practices

• Promote InnerGlow using methods in line with this agreement.

• Avoid misleading tactics or false advertising.

• Do not engage in activities harmful to InnerGlow's brand or reputation.

• Creating harmful or discriminatory content is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Payment & Commissions

• Earn commissions as outlined in our Affiliate Program details.

• Commissions are paid monthly.

• Commissions are released after the subscriber has been active for over 30 days to account for potential cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

• Payments are deposited directly to your bank account.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

Referral Tracking

Use the provided affiliate links to promote InnerGlow. Transactions without these links will not qualify for commissions. Track your revenue through the Affiliate Dashboard.

Compliance & Laws

Participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Termination

InnerGlow can suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for other reasons. Termination can result in the loss of commissions earned through prohibited methods. InnerGlow can also end the program at their discretion.

Relationship

This agreement establishes an independent contractor relationship. No partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship is created.

Limitations & Disclaimers

InnerGlow is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the InnerGlow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
